After booking an appointment, the customer automatically receives an email informing them of their upcoming appointment. In the email there is also a button where the customer can cancel their appointment
How can I block people from making an appointment at a certain time?
You can disable the recording of hours during certain periods by marking them as "busy" in Google Calendar
How can I be sure the site will remain in the space in the event I&M NextGen ceases operations?
